Lead and develop a team of Partner Account Managers
Build and execute the Americas indirect channel strategy
Recruit, enable, and manage high-impact partners
Drive recurring and new revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions
Support complex enterprise opportunities (including >$1B global manufacturers outside the U.S.)
Align partner capabilities to digital transformation, quality, SPC, and operational excellence initiatives
This role blends strategic leadership with frontline execution—you’ll actively engage in partner development, executive relationship building, and enterprise deal support.
Requirements
8+ years of channel business development and/or enterprise software sales experience
3+ years leading partner-facing or enterprise sales teams
Experience selling into manufacturing or industrial organizations
Proven success in value-based or consultative selling
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and executive presence
Willingness to travel across the Americas
Multilingual capability is a plus.
