Design and implement targeted marketing plans that drive specific sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners.
Facilitate ongoing training and support for team members on the Comcast Business portfolios.
Assist in the strategic business planning process, including the management of partner bonus programs and event planning initiatives.
Partner with executive leadership at Comcast Business to identify and capitalize on sales and marketing opportunities and collaborative initiatives.
Analyze partner performance, forecasts, and sales trends through comprehensive financial reporting.
Requirements
7+ years of proven success in leading teams and building strong relationships with indirect channel sales partners.
Demonstrated ability to meet quota expectations and achieve KPIs consistently.
Strong foundational understanding of telecom business solutions and market dynamics.
Bachelor's Degree while possessing the stated degree is preferred, or extensive related professional experience.
