Oversee and manage closed projects in QRS business systems as assigned ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Perform and support manual changes in our team’s business systems to enable seamless contract management processes
Act as a subject matter expert, utilizing all available technology and resources effectively and efficiently
Advanced contracting setup/support to enable budget tracking
Collaborate with various business units to analyze data, extract relevant insights, and identify trends both proactively and reactively
Manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with organizational maturity
Make effective decisions and take initiative with minimal direction

Recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management Data Analytics, or a related discipline)
Accounts receivable experience is a plus
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Knowledge of statistics or mathematics for running team-wide analysis is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
