Own the end-to-end coordination of virtual and in-person interviews for leadership roles, ensuring a polished, consistent, and "white-glove" experience for senior candidates.
Oversee scheduling and recruiting logistics, identifying opportunities to optimize processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
Act as a strategic partner to Recruiters and cross-functional stakeholders, anticipating needs and proactively removing roadblocks in the hiring funnel.
Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our Ashby ATS to improve workflow efficiency, data integrity, and reporting.
Arrange candidate travel and manage all associated agendas and expenses with accuracy.
Lead or support initiatives focused on inclusive hiring, candidate engagement, and scaling our global recruiting operations.
Requirements
3+ years in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar role—specifically with experience supporting leadership or executive-level hiring.
Detail-Oriented & Rigorous: You manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously without losing focus on the small details that define a premium candidate experience.
High Agency: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, take initiative without being asked, and enjoy the "building" phase of a growing company.
Strong Communicator: You possess the executive presence to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, from coordinators to C-suite leaders.
Tech-Forward: You are proficient with modern recruiting tools; experience with Ashby is a plus.
