Oversee warehouse functions—from inventory management and production to staffing and safety.
Ensure efficient workflows and exceptional service levels.
Guide and develop warehouse and driver teams.
Uphold operational and safety standards.
Step in as acting General Manager when needed.
Maintain a courteous, customer service-oriented attitude.
P&L management including reviewing operational cost, budget performance and variance.
Monitor targets of key performance metrics and profitability of HUB door center.
Staffing, development, training, direction, and supervision hourly team members.
Coordinate assembly, work schedules, and warehouse operations to ensure service leads are met.
Establish and enforce operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure the availability of parts required for warehouse assembly and production.

College education or related experience.
Demonstrable supervisory, leadership, and motivational skills.
Experience with continuous improvement, Kanban, Gemba, and KPIs strongly preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license (including endorsements/class requirements as per State & DOT regulations).
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and maintain a DOT medical card during employment.
Motor vehicle report must meet Amarr driver standards.
Clear and effective written and oral communication skills.
Organizational, time management and analytical skills.
Mechanical aptitude / power tools.
