Role Overview
Partner with B2B executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver high-impact media strategies.
Develop a cohesive B2B paid media strategy in collaboration with Marketing, GTM, and Digital Experience teams.
Serve as the primary media strategy lead, aligning diverse collaborators and crafting shared clarity across teams.
Strengthen relationships with media agencies, publishers, and technology partners to ensure operational excellence.
Coach and mentor a high-performing team, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Develop and implement segment-specific media strategies aligned with business and audience needs.
Manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and performance marketing efforts that drive faster pipeline and revenue expansion.
Coordinate planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel media campaigns including digital, social, programmatic, and search.
Partner with internal and external teams to launch thoughtful, consistent, and effective campaigns.
Define important metrics and measurement frameworks that demonstrate media impact and encourage ongoing improvement.
Collaborate with analytics and marketing operations to develop insights that build future strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
More than 10 years of experience directing B2B media strategy, preferably within large enterprise organizations.
15+ years in paid media planning and execution across digital channels.
Proven success building and optimizing high-impact B2B media programs at scale.
Extensive knowledge in ABM, digital media, programmatic strategy, and performance marketing.
Ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations with confidence and empathy.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaborator management skills.
