This role serves as the division’s clinical leader across Raleigh, Durham, and Greensboro, North Carolina
Drive quality, education, nursing services, and regulatory performance across the division
Partners closely with Division and Regional Operations leadership to set clinical strategy, stabilize performance, and ensure sustained improvement in patient care
Drive execution of safety, quality, and regulatory standards while holding clinical teams accountable to measurable outcomes
Coach and develop Directors of Nursing and clinical leaders to strengthen bench depth, succession readiness, and frontline execution
Ensure regulatory compliance across state and federal standards through standardized processes and inspection preparedness
Execute clinical initiatives on time and within scope, delivering measurable improvement in quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
Requirements
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of clinical experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
