Drive planning, coordination, and execution of North America sales and marketing programs
Provide insight-driven recommendations to inform future go-to-market planning
Translate leadership priorities into actionable initiatives with defined milestones
Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to enable data-driven decisions
Partner with cross-functional commercial teams to support campaign execution and field enablement
Support structured account planning, engagement cadence, and prioritization models
Develop and maintain North America monthly and quarterly business reviews
Lead content planning and presentation development for monthly and quarterly North America All-Hands calls
Prepare presentations and briefing materials for leadership meetings

Experience in program management, sales operations, marketing operations, business operations, consulting, or analytics-driven roles
Experience supporting senior leaders or cross-functional programs in a B2B environment preferred
Experience in professional services, technology, or cybersecurity is a strong plus
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot
Experienced Salesforce user
Ability to connect execution insights back to strategic decision-making
Skilled at building dashboards, trackers, and executive-level presentations
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
