Role Overview
- Provides expert leadership in the planning, coordination, and direction of the central pharmacy services center (CPSC)
- Responsible for the operational functions associated with pharmacy services
- Ensures efficiency and compliance of operational areas with optimizing staffing and workflow
- Works closely with the Chief Pharmacy Officer on capital and operating budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Master’s degree in business administration or Healthcare Finance preferred
- Doctorate of Pharmacy
- Current Kentucky Pharmacist license required
- Must obtain Indiana Pharmacist License within 1 year
- 5 years related work experience required
- 3 years supervisory/management experience required
