About this role
Role Overview
Facilitates communication and orchestrates services working directly with sales, operations and customers throughout workplace service planning and implementation
Receives, reviews, enters and confirms project and service requests
Follows administrative process for customer set up and credit approval
Establishes certificates of insurance
Coordinates walkthroughs and planning calls to develop scope
Documents final scope, timelines and pricing
Generates proposals and establishes signed orders for service
Coordinates with sales, project management, operations and customers to plan and implement services
Thoroughly communicates with all parties throughout service delivery
Tracks timelines and documents progress relative to established benchmarks
Documents scope changes and oversees change order management process
Collects and consolidates costs and manages the close out process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university is preferred
2 to 5 years of progressive customer service experience
Experience coordinating national services is preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
