Responsible for driving new revenue growth within the 25–150 employee market segment by selling high-value, multi-product payroll and HR outsourcing solutions
Identify, qualify, and close new business through strategic discovery, executive-level engagement, and disciplined sales execution
Generate net-new business through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed assigned quota
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite and senior decision makers
Conduct disciplined discovery (BANT and financial due diligence) to ensure strong client fit and accurate forecasting
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and executive presentations
Partner with Solutions Consultants, Operations, Deal Desk, and specialty teams to architect prescriptive, multi-product solutions
