Responsible for attaining sustainable sales growth through current and new customers for the Pharmacy Employer market
Oversees requests for proposal (RFP) solicitation and response
Develops sales plans, campaigns and strategies designed to achieve sales growth targets
Forecasts annual and quarterly revenue streams from new and existing customers
Leads the proposal development to assure optimum and strategic positioning of programs and service capabilities
Consistently monitors and develops the sales pipeline for the Employer market
Works with the National Sales Leader and other members of the leadership team to ensure sales priorities align with operations capabilities and resources
Works with the Product Innovation team to support identification and development of product and service offerings
Develops and maintains external relationships with senior-level decision-makers throughout assigned region
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, sales, or related area of study
Equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
7 years of work experience in business development, business to business sales or sales support
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship
Advanced understanding of the strategic sale and what is required to successfully sell complex clinical solutions
Proven ability to interact and present ideas and strategies
Strong sense of urgency, with the drive and knowledge to navigate multi-level relationships with complex customers
Established track record of profitable revenue bearing account attainment and strong negotiation skills
Proven track record in sales, with the ability to develop strategic sales plans and manage a sales team across complex business lines.
