Work alongside experienced Client Services leaders to keep projects running smoothly
Ensure every deliverable is high-quality, on time, and within budget
Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and financial reconciliations
Build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues

Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences preferred)
3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
Background in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry, with experience managing publications projects
Proficient in Datavision or iEnvision (required)
Skilled at juggling multiple projects while keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and managing project finances
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
A true team player who builds positive, productive relationships
