Role Overview

• Build and update all certifications for marketing metrics and campaign creation
• Build and maintain technical documentation
• Support change management strategy for each launch
• Constantly audit feedback and help-desk tickets to identify knowledge gaps

• Highly proficient written and oral communication skills
• Experience creating content: digital, written, video, and visual communications materials
