Manage a team of Salesforce and Partner consultants working on high-complexity agentic customer projects.

Lead multiple team members and partners across one or more workstreams, ensuring execution on strategies and key deliverables.
Partner with Customer Success, Product and Account/Sales Teams to optimize client outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
Author and update reports and dashboards to monitor compliance with architectural standards and project health.
Requirements
12+ years of practical experience in enterprise software implementation, technology consulting, or solution architecture for large-scale digital transformations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a people manager in a technical or consulting environment.
Deep experience with enterprise applications and transformations involving core systems (ERP, PLM, SCM, MES, or similar).
Direct experience developing or implementing agentic AI and generative AI solutions at an enterprise scale.
Demonstrated capability to translate business strategies and application objectives into effective implementation designs.
Expertise in process modeling tools, standard methodologies, and the ability to optimize complex user flows.
Expert-level knowledge of project management tools, data modeling, systems analysis, and design.
Ability to travel as required to meet with key customers and partners.
