About this role
Role Overview
Build and manage paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads
Create and optimize paid social campaigns for local lead generation
Run A/B tests and adjust campaigns based on performance
Track CPL, conversion rates, and other key metrics
Analyze data and recommend improvements
Manage budgets to maximize ROI
Prepare clear reports for clients and internal teams
Work with content, design, and client success teams for alignment
Support client onboarding and transitions when needed
Audit accounts for best practices and optimization opportunities
Use GA4, GTM, or GSC to troubleshoot tracking or conversion issues
Requirements
At least 1 year managing paid search or paid social campaigns
Experience with Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
Basic familiarity with GA4 or analytics tools
Clear communication skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment.
