Role Overview
- prepares CAD drawings for bridge projects
- develops and expands expertise and skill in CAD applications
- applies CAD expertise in developing transportation construction plans
- develops specialized transportation structural details
- maintains project electronic files and archives
- provides guidance in CAD techniques to other technicians
- prepares as-built plans
Requirements
- 2-7+ years applicable experience or demonstrated skill
- at least 2-year A.S. degree from an accredited college is preferred
- skills with MicroStation CE, OBM/ORD in an engineering environment
- AutoCAD is a plus
- knowledge of MS Office, 3D and Imaging software
- skills such as networking, hardware/software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting are desired
