Role Overview
- Develop strategic plans that enable retailers to scale their retail media solutions through on-site and in-store formats
- Lead program management for omni-channel retail media initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with product, business development, ads, operations, and other cross-functional teams
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights
- Stay ahead of industry trends across on-site retail media, in-store media networks, and retail technology.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience working with omni-channel retail media technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Demonstrates adaptability while building new programs, initiatives and processes
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data.
