Lead program management for these omni-channel retail media initiatives, including pipeline development, forecasting, performance reporting, and communication to senior leadership.
Partner cross-functionally with product, business development, ads, operations, and other cross-functional teams to guide the successful implementation and expansion of retail media capabilities across retailer environments.
Analyze performance data to uncover insights, optimize campaign outcomes, and build scalable growth strategies that maximize value for retailers and advertisers.
Stay ahead of industry trends across on-site retail media, in-store media networks, and retail technology to ensure Instacart’s solutions remain innovative, competitive, and best-in-class.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience working with omni-channel retail media technology
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders
Demonstrates adaptability while building new programs, initiatives and processes
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data.
Experience in a tech or strategy role with emphasis on retail media solutions working across on-site and in-store advertising
