Lead the Copy and/or Brand Architecture writing process and ensure copy integrates with design elements
Use data and feedback to inform creative decisions
Direct agency partners as needed on copy architecture
Work closely with leadership to set goals and define creative vision
Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to inform and guide new initiatives
Identify comprehensive, cross-discipline solutions for complex branding challenges
Play a key role in developing and/or adopting new technologies or methodologies
Direct and mentor junior creative team members

8+ years' experience in creative direction or a related field
Advanced experience across multiple disciplines (web, print, interactive, etc.)
A blend of strategic oversight, creative direction, and strong collaboration with agency partners
Significant experience in the development and delivery of new technology or major innovations
Strong presentation and social skills
Familiarity with the principles of design that inform copywriting
A positive and forward-thinking attitude
