Support daily operations including schedule management, meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and follow-ups for each leader
Manage administrative tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, travel bookings, manage vendor relationships and payments
Collaborate with internal and external partners to streamline communication, share updates, and track progress across multiple campaigns and initiatives
Coordinate across Interscope Capitol to streamline, organize, and sustain assets and products for the Complex marketplace
Support project timelines, documentation, and workflows for cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders
Create and update one-sheets, timelines, quote sheets, and other project-related documentation
Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and planning activities
Build and design presentations in Keynote and Google Slides for executive updates, performance recaps, and partner communications
Assist in research and insights gathering to inform partnership opportunities and emerging trends in eCommerce, fan engagement, and content
Compile and distribute monthly reports summarizing key metrics across CRM, audience engagement, and eCommerce
Assist in coordinating and setting up internal company-wide meetings and events, including town halls, celebrations, morale-building initiatives, and topic-specific engagements
Support company onboarding and knowledge management efforts, including maintenance of internal documentation, asset management platforms, and planning of company orientations
Draft internal and company-wide communications to help cascade timely information and best practices across the company as needed
Field and analyze qualitative and quantitative employee feedback and propose solutions that foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator (the music or entertainment industry preferred)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams and functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
Experience building presentations and managing documentation for cross-functional projects
A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
