About this role
Role Overview
Assist the Account Managers in managing client accounts and building strong relationships with clients.
Work closely with the creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
Manage project timelines and budgets, and provide status reports to the Account Managers.
Ensure all project files and documents are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with the Account Managers to develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
Conduct market research and analysis to support client strategies.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and participate in new business pitches.
Requirements
Associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in account management or project management in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies.
Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
