The Analyst, Employment Strategy will play a critical role on the Quality Talent Pipeline team.
Support the building of clinical talent pipelines for PCTs and Nurses to help deliver fully staffed and stable teams for field partners.
Manage key projects with support, analyzing performance trends to identify opportunities, and supporting senior leaders with strategic next steps.
Distills insights and trends from qualitative and quantitative data, capturing themes and next steps with guidance from leadership.
Support the definition of success metrics and create dashboards to monitor progress against program goals.
Provide frequent and clear reporting on key findings and metrics to stakeholders.
Convey analytical findings in a cohesive story.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors with support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–4 years of total work experience.
Experience in project management or program coordination is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated intermediate to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to filter data with pivot tables to support business decisions and interpret trends with support.
Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes using data, and resolve conflicts with guidance from managers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting clear and concise strategic recommendations to program leaders within defined scope.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to set and achieve goals across multiple priorities with minimal supervision on routine tasks.
Responsible for projects and/or process(es) with manager support.
