Supervise and optimize multiple end-to-end paid social campaigns, focusing on setup, continuous improvement, and advanced audience targeting techniques across various platforms to drive superior ROI.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit
1+ year of management experience preferred.
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to strategize, prioritize, manage time effectively, and drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment across multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Ability to effectively lead and support a team of junior team members
Confidence speaking with and presenting to senior management, and senior client leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
