Role Overview
Lead and develop a team of high-performing analysts and managers
Own the measurement strategy across marketing channels
Partner closely with Data Science to design and operationalize advanced models
Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior Marketing leaders
Quantify marketing impact, ROI, and efficiency
Establish standards for method selection, interpretation, and usage
Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
Lead, mentor, and develop a team while fostering a culture of accountability
Partner with Technology, Data Engineering, and Marketing Ops to improve data quality
Guide the evolution of analytics platforms, dashboards, and self-service tools
Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Advanced Analytics
At least eight years of work experience with Digital data (e.g. Adobe)
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience within quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research etc.
Graduate degree preferred
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset by identifying opportunities, taking initiative, and driving innovative analytics solutions
Proven track record of decision making and problem solving using advanced analytics methodologies
Strong partnership management skills
Strong verbal, storytelling and written communication skills to influence a wide variety of audiences
Ability to coach and motivate high performing talent.
