Lead and mentor Senior Managers, Managers, and Assistant Managers, driving accountability, operational excellence, and consistent application of best practices.
Oversee and provide guidance on complex accounting and reporting matters, including advanced fund structures, complex transactions, and high‑stakes escalations.
Establish and reinforce operational standards, internal controls, and governance frameworks to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency across engagements.
Act as a senior escalation point for technical, operational, and client-related issues.
Partner with clients to support strategic needs, contribute to retention efforts, and advance growth opportunities—both within existing portfolios and through cross-functional collaboration.
Collaborate with practice leadership on staffing strategies, resource planning, new business scoping, and overall operational enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 12 years of private equity fund accounting experience.
Demonstrated leadership overseeing large teams and complex client portfolios.
Deep technical expertise across private equity structures, capital activity, waterfalls, and financial reporting frameworks.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders, build trusted client relationships, and guide teams through complexity.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence, improving processes, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
