About this role
Role Overview
Serve as executive relationship lead for the firm’s most complex and high-value family office clients.
Provide strategic guidance across wealth planning, liquidity, entity structuring, risk management, and financial operations.
Act as a trusted advisor to principals, executives, and external advisors.
Lead high-impact client engagements, complex financial decisions, and sensitive matters with discretion and strategic insight.
Provide leadership oversight across family office service delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability.
Drive operational strategy, staffing alignment, and performance metrics across client portfolios.
Champion process improvement, technology enablement, and service innovation.
Partner with firm leadership to scale the Family Office practice and evolve service offerings.
Drive performance, accountability, and succession planning across the practice.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing client relationships and through external networks.
Contribute to growth strategy, client expansion, pricing, and proposal development.
Maintain a strong market presence and enhance Armanino’s brand within the Family Office and private client community.
Build and strengthen relationships across tax, legal, investment, and advisory ecosystems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Family Office, Wealth Management, Business Management, or private client services.
Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience overseeing client relationships, teams, and operational performance.
Deep expertise in complex multi-entity structures, financial reporting, and family office operations.
Strong executive presence and ability to advise sophisticated families and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead growth, scale operations, and influence strategy.
Preferred Qualifications CPA, CFP, CMA, or equivalent professional designation.
Experience with complex investment structures, trusts, estates, and alternative investments.
Proven business development and practice growth experience.
Experience working with institutional-level advisors and UHNW client environments.
