Lead the design and development of complex synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences aligned to enterprise frameworks.
Apply advanced instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to create highly effective and scalable learning solutions.
Act as a subject‑matter expert in learning experience design, advising program managers and SMEs on best practices.
Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning, videos, job aids, and other assets requiring advanced design and technical expertise.
Leverage a range of authoring and media tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, video production tools) to create interactive, multimedia‑rich learning.
Conduct learner/task analysis to inform solution design decisions.
Perform quality assurance, user testing, and iterative refinement of learning assets.
Partner with program managers, SMEs, and business partners to ensure solutions meet strategic capability needs.
Independently lead design workstreams on large or complex projects, managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Mentor junior designers or provide design feedback as a technical expert.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.
5–8+ years of instructional design or learning experience design.
