Requirements
This individual must exhibit the highest levels of professionalism and expertise when interacting with clients and EXL stakeholders
Deep understanding of the insurance industry, specifically P&C
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field is preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to travel as required
