Oversee daily operations across key business functions

Monitor P&L performance and ensure operational efficiency

Assist with responding to RFI’s, RFP’s, Sources Sought, solicitations, and other types of opportunity requests from the government
Identify and Participate in industry day, pre-bid events, procurement fairs, and other networking events
Perform in-depth competitive and other business analyses and present to Company Executive Team as part of the decision process critical bid/no-bid decision-making
Develop and assist in managing strategic partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
10+ years of progress leadership experience, including senior operational oversight
Strong financial literacy and experience managing P&L
Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills
Familiar and conversant on major Cabinet Departments, Bureaus and Agencies in US
Solid understanding of the challenges faced by federal government contractors and experience in marketing and selling services in the federal marketplace
An outgoing and friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish rapport with people
Excellent communications, public speaking, and presentation skills with a solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning
