Role Overview
- Build highly efficient, tech-enabled systems and processes for scaling operations
- Oversee operational execution of concurrent residential camps across multiple geographies
- Establish and maintain comprehensive risk management and compliance frameworks
- Execute the organization's financial model in partnership with CEO
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing remote team
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and scaling an operationally complex organization or function
- Experience operating residential programs or in-person programs serving minors, with demonstrated knowledge of safety, compliance, and risk management requirements strongly preferred
- Track record of building and managing seasonal or temporary workforces at scale
- Proven experience selecting, designing, and delivering at least one end-to-end, complex operational technology implementation
- Experience incorporating tech-enabled solutions to workflows and systems
- Demonstrated hands-on and disciplined execution
- Strong analytical skills and experience with P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree required
