Role Overview

• Develop strategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with customers
• Fully integrate with customers through regular communication
• Provide technical thought leadership and articulate industry trends
• Assess potential application of products to meet business needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Manage various customer concerns and coordinate with internal leaders
• Keep thorough records of customer interactions
• Serve as an external spokesperson for the company’s vision
• Present and communicate effectively at an executive level

Requirements

• Understanding CSG’s competitive domain and technologies
• Broad understanding of DaaS / VDI Applications, Enterprise Browser, Enterprise Mobility Management, Networking, Enterprise Security, Data Management, Data Analytics
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Strong understanding of business processes and implementation into enterprise applications
• Analytical and negotiation skills, particularly at the C-level
