Serve as subject matter expert and system administrator for Ashby and Greenhouse.
Own configurations, workflow management, permissioning, troubleshooting, user support, and regular system audits.
Partner closely with TA leaders, People business partners, and IT to identify opportunities to enhance how talent systems support strategic and operational objectives across sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
Analyze and refine TA processes through deep system and data analysis to increase recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Assist in the rollout of new features, enhancements, and system updates across Talent Acquisition platforms.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP, GDPR), manage audits, and implement best practices for managing sensitive candidate data.
Develop TA systems training, conduct onboarding for new users, create job aids/documentation, and drive user adoption for new features.
Assess new systems or enhancements, lead pilots or rollouts, and ensure alignment with business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
Must have Ashby ATS experience
6 + years working directly with talent acquisition systems as an analyst, administrator, or technical lead, including hands-on (admin-level) experience with Ashby and Greenhouse
Deep understanding of modern end-to-end recruiting processes and systems
Experience with systems integration, API utilization, and data flow mapping across TA and HR tools
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage technical TA projects from requirements gathering to implementation
Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences and vice versa
Committed to high standards of accuracy, data privacy, and ethical handling of information.
Experience supporting or migrating between major ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse to Ashby)
Familiarity with additional TA technology (sourcing, scheduling, onboarding, etc.)
Experience with change management and technology adoption within recruiting functions
