Role Overview
Strategically identify, qualify, and close 6-figure+ deal with C-level executives within Community banks.
Take a thoughtful, consultative approach to understanding client needs and demonstrating the unique value of MANTL's solutions.
Skillfully manage multi-layered stakeholder environments and guide challenging sales processes from initial engagement to successful close.
Develop and nurture key relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner and industry expert.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking progress from prospecting to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to help build best-in-class processes for the future of MANTL sales.
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, contributing directly to MANTL's growth.
Requirements
7+ years of proven experience in either Enterprise Sales or Consulting
A history of successfully closing 6-figure+ software or cloud-based solutions to banks and financial institutions
Demonstrated consultative selling approach and strong negotiation skills
Experience using Salesforce.com and other modern sales tools, including AI
Strong attention to detail in both verbal and written communication.
