Design and execute mixed methods user experience research using both qualitative and quantitative approaches to inform product decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights throughout the product development lifecycle.
Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive improved user experiences.
Develop and communicate research plans, methods, and findings to stakeholders at multiple levels.
Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that diverse user needs are represented across products and features.
Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.

Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
5+ years of relevant professional experience
Proven experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research across products or services
Ability to synthesize and present research insights to multidisciplinary teams and influence product direction
Advanced knowledge of mixed methods research techniques, including survey design, usability studies, in-depth interviews, and statistical analysis
Experience integrating research into agile, fast-paced product development environments at scale
Demonstrated expertise in turning complex user data into actionable strategies for product and design teams
Experience safely and ethically integrating and operating AI/ML-enabled processes that improve research outcomes
Experience leveraging AI-powered research tools or applying AI/ML approaches to user research
