Support firm initiatives related to growth, innovation, talent development, and operational excellence.
Mentor and develop professionals, reinforcing a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Represent the firm in internal and external forums, as appropriate.

Prior experience as a Partner, Managing Director, or equivalent senior leadership role in a professional services environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience working with middle-market clients and CFOs.
