Role Overview
- Leverage data and analytics to gain a deep understanding of our business
- Partner with our Business Development Retail team to craft business cases
- Tell stories with data; ability to immerse yourself in Instacart’s vast database
- Conduct deep dive analysis that uncovers root causes of issues
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
Requirements
- 3+ years work experience in a quantitative business strategy role
- Proficient SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools experience required
- Ability to write complex, efficient, and eloquent SQL queries to extract data
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity; a self-starter
- Polished communication skills
