Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for assigned positions to ensure those teams are appropriately staffed
Builds sourcing pipelines/networks and forecasts future hiring needs, therefore aligning hiring strategy to longer term workforce plans
Helps amplify the employment brand via various channels, including social media
Uses internal and external tools to ensure understanding of labor market by analyzing market trends that impact labor supply and demand
Partners with Workforce Analytics, Communications, Employee and Labor Relations, and external vendors
Utilizes available TA technology such as Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management, sourcing and digital interviewing tools to their fullest potential
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Experience recruiting for aerospace manufacturing and engineering roles, including interior products
Experience supporting high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments with complex supply chains and stringent quality requirements
Full-cycle recruiting for engineering, operations, and technical roles within regulated industries
