Role Overview
- Oversee SEC and other public-company reporting compliance
- Partner with Finance and Investor Relations
- Serve as the lead supporter for our Board and committees
- Design an operating mode for governance and securities
- Structure, mentor, and evolve the team
Requirements
- 10+ years of corporate and securities law experience
- Four years must have been at a mid-cap or larger public company
- Deep expertise in ’34 Act reporting
- Experience advising Boards and executive teams
- Strong systems mindset
- JD and active bar membership
