Lead all store operations, personnel, and customer-facing activities to ensure exceptional service experience and strong business performance.
Oversee sales execution, customer engagement, budgeting, operational excellence, and team development in alignment with company policies.
Achieve annual revenue, budget, and business objectives.
Analyze and manage store expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
Review sales reports to evaluate sales volume, margins, profit/loss (EVA), and overall performance.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers within the store’s coverage area.
Train and lead associates across all operational areas: customer service, order management, purchasing, warehouse functions, office administration, truck management.
Requirements
High school diploma and 5+ years of relevant sales experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1+ year of relevant sales experience
Minimum 4 years of prior selling experience
At least 2 years of previous management experience
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
Analytical aptitude with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Proven leadership, training, and team‑building capabilities.
Ability to multi‑task with strong follow-up and follow-through.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be Dal‑Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
