Serve as the primary strategic lead, moving beyond execution to act as a partner that drives the client's business forward with proactive ideas and growth strategies.
Lead all aspects of client communication and campaign onboarding, ensuring expectations are met and proactively identifying ways to support the client's business needs.
Deliver performance updates on a cadence aligned with client requirements.
Drive results for large-scale campaigns primarily on Meta and TikTok, with additional management of LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other social channels as required by the client.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to prioritize tasks and maintain a high standard of execution accuracy across all accounts.
Use the Zeta Data Cloud to identify and implement sophisticated audience targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social advertising.
Meta Expertise: Advanced, expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is required.
Client-Facing Excellence: A proven track record of managing high-touch client relationships and thriving in a consultative, partner-based role.
Strategic Ability: Demonstrated success in translating complex business goals into actionable social media strategies and 'great ideas' that drive growth.
Platform Knowledge: Strong experience with TikTok is highly preferred. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, or Pinterest is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of media mechanics, including KPI optimization, audience targeting, pixel/technical implementations (CAPI), and budget management.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous quantitative skills and a high bar for quality and accuracy in campaign execution.
Education: BA/BS degree, including quantitative coursework (exceptions made for highly experienced candidates).
