Responsible for high volume recruitment of manpower to various client sites
Posting positions and tracking candidates submissions through ICIMs
Reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, preparing posting summaries, verifying qualifications and work references
Coordinating and participating in interviews, including preparation of appropriate interview questions and guides, providing input to selection decisions, and preparing offer letters
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM, and other platforms
Attend career fairs both locally and throughout Canada
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, with an emphasis on trades, engineering and/or wind/technician recruitment
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with external candidates and internal stakeholders
NDT/NDE knowledge is considered a strong asset
Sound knowledge of full cycle recruitment processes
Profiecient in Word, Excel and Outlook and able to pick up new systems and complex processes quickly.
