Role Overview
Own the full RevOps function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Partner with GTM leadership to translate business strategy into operational plans
Build and own accurate forecasting, reporting, and dashboards
Design, implement, and continuously improve RevOps processes, tooling, and infrastructure
Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing RevOps team
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Revenue Strategy roles
Experience scaling RevOps at a high-growth startup
Strong analytical instincts with the ability to turn data into clear decisions
A hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset
Proven ability to partner with senior GTM leaders and influence without authority
Comfort leveraging automation, AI, and modern RevOps tooling
