Role Overview
Manage the full lifecycle of our internship recruitment process
Specialize in identifying and attracting top student talent from universities nationwide
Develop and implement campus-specific recruitment strategies to attract high-potential student talent
Build strong relationships with universities, career centers, professors, and student organizations
Lead campus recruitment initiatives including information sessions
Create compelling internship job descriptions
Source candidates through university channels
Leverage student-focused social media platforms
Conduct preliminary candidate screenings
Coordinate interview processes
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
Provide regular updates to hiring managers
Design exceptional candidate experiences for students
Collaborate with business leaders on internship needs
Track program metrics
Develop intern-to-employee conversion strategies
Stay current on university recruitment best practices
Support diversity initiatives to ensure an inclusive candidate pool
Requirements
Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Typically 2+ years of related experience
Possesses recruiting knowledge and basic understanding of business groups operations and basic knowledge of overall recruiting strategies
Able to correlate manager recruiting needs into sourcing an effective talent pipeline
Ability to promote strategic ideas and works closely with business leadership to impact talent strategies and recruiting processes based on business demand
Experience using social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
