Senior Program Controller – Construction Management

Role Overview

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks
• Ensure alignment with client goals and track performance using KPIs and metrics
• Oversee design, construction, and closeout phases across diverse project types
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing capital projects
• Extensive experience in project controls
• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tableau, Power BI
• Professional certifications such as PMP, AACE, or equivalent are highly desirable
