Own and execute a B2B content strategy optimized for AI-powered search and discovery (AIO)
Create and manage content that supports the full buyer journey, including blogs, whitepapers, guides, landing pages, case studies, FAQs, and thought leadership
Optimize content for AI visibility, entity-based SEO, and structured data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across AI-generated responses
Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to align content with pipeline goals and global priorities
Audit, refresh, and expand existing content to improve performance in organic search and AI-driven channels
Use analytics, SEO, and AI tools to measure performance, identify gaps, and guide content investment decisions
Manage editorial calendars and collaborate with subject matter experts, freelancers, and agencies
Monitor industry trends related to AI search, B2B buying behavior, and global workforce regulations, adapting content accordingly
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, or professional services
Proven success building content strategies that drive organic growth, lead generation, and brand authority
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and evolving AI-influenced search and discovery environments
Experience translating complex, regulated topics into accessible, authoritative content for enterprise audiences
Hands-on experience with content and SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, CMS platforms)
Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect content performance to business outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization
Nice to Have: Experience in global employment, payroll, HR, compliance, or workforce management
Familiarity with structured data, schema, and entity optimization
Experience supporting ABM or enterprise sales motions
Experience working with international or distributed teams
