Support talent acquisition process improvement: Maintain a builder mindset to continuously improve how we recruit, identifying areas of opportunity in tools, workflows and communication.
Requirements
5+ years of demonstrated successful full-cycle recruitment within a high-growth environment.
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment (30+ requisitions at a time) across multiple functions or locations
Ability to meet aggressive hiring targets and tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
Strong sourcing expertise using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritize requisitions based on business urgency and hiring needs
Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates.

Experience using an ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter.
