Define and implement the product group's strategy and vision
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, ensuring continuous value and optimal financial performance
Serve as the senior point of contact, translating business requirements into technology solutions and managing strategic vendor partnerships
Champion continuous improvement and oversee the automation/digitalization roadmap for sustainability outcomes
Establish decision-making processes, manage budgets, ensure security compliance, and mitigate risks
Directly manage, coach, and mentor Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture, and building necessary capabilities
Accountable for the financial performance of your Product Group, including budgetary decisions

15+ years overall experience
3+ years in sustainability
3+ years in product management
Proven experience and knowledge in specific sustainability disciplines (Climate, Packaging, Sustainability Disclosures, Ingredients, Social, and regulations)
Extensive experience applying product management discipline across the full product lifecycle, with a strong understanding of Agile and DevOps
Exceptional strategic thinking and strong collaborative management skills to influence global stakeholders
