Oversight of a 6-clinic portfolio across West Virginia and Eastern Kentucky
Establish and operationalize regional clinical and operational strategy in partnership with Division and Regional leadership.
Drive safety readiness through structured audits, Safety Snapshots, rapid response protocols, and proactive risk mitigation.
Lead targeted intervention plans for clinical outliers, deploying root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and sustained performance monitoring.
Translate quality dashboards, census trends, and financial data into actionable performance plans with clear ownership and timelines.
Oversee P&L performance, labor management, and core operational metrics to ensure disciplined financial stewardship.
Strengthen physician relationships and hospital partnerships to support responsible growth and market stability.
Coach and develop Facility Administrators and clinical leaders to strengthen bench strength, succession readiness, and frontline execution.
Ensure regulatory compliance across state and federal standards through standardized processes and inspection preparedness.
Align clinical and operational initiatives to enterprise priorities, ensuring execution within scope and with measurable improvement in patient outcomes.

Required Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or related healthcare field
Demonstrated leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations
Experience driving quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and operational performance
Strong financial acumen with P&L oversight experience preferred
