Coordinate dependencies, risks, and issues across projects to maintain schedule integrity and operational continuity.
Drive project prioritization and sequencing to optimize resources and maximize business impact.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, and regional teams.
Ensure consistent governance, reporting, and transparency across program activities.
Foster collaboration across global, matrixed teams and vendor ecosystems.
Oversee digital marketing, lead management, partner onboarding, eCommerce, pricing, quoting, billing, and payments.
Modernize and integrate CRM, eCommerce, ERP, and billing systems for frictionless experiences.
Manage distributor websites, customer/partner portals, and marketplaces.
Implement Customer Data Platforms (CDP) for unified profiles, personalization, and analytics.
Modernize B2B eCommerce, including catalog, contract pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and bulk ordering.
Drive API integrations, data exchanges, and onboarding automation with OEMs and channel partners.
Establish governance frameworks, manage risks, and oversee budgets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
10+ years leading large‑scale digital programs with customer‑facing platforms.
Experience in Contact‑to‑Cash initiatives in B2B/distribution and managing large complex programs/projects.
Certifications: PgMP, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.
Hands‑on expertise in eCommerce, CRM, CDP, marketing automation, ERP, and billing integrations.
Preferred: IT distribution, supply chain, or high‑volume B2B commerce experience.
Digital marketing analytics and personalization expertise.
Strong financial management skills.
